You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We will only cover shipping if the item is damaged and needs to be replaced.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Shipping Fees
Orders over $40 shipping within the contiguous United States are eligible for FREE standard shipping. Orders under $40 will be charged a flat-rate $6.99 shipping fee in the United States. Please Note: Order total is based on total after discounts (including points redemptions) have been applied.
Please consider our products are primarily sourced from overseas, which is why it may take some time for delivery. We are not responsible for undelivered packages (due to incorrect addresses). However, we can accommodate for damaged items and packages lost in transit as long as we receive proof (stated in refund section) within 5 days of receiving goods.
International Shipping
We currently only ship within the United States, Canada and APO addresses. Orders shipped to international APO addresses for the U.S. Military could take up to 6 weeks to reach their destination depending on the location.
